This has been such a sad week with the horrible happenings around the U.S.  As I am writing this, the FBI has just released two photos of possible suspects.

Also, the EXXON in Beaumont had an explosion that had several burn injuries to the hospital.  Then, last night, West, TX had a horrible explosion at the fertilizer plant!!!

Prayers, financial support, blood donations, etc. are needed.  I also was moved and started sending in $19.00 a month to the WOUNDED WARRIOR organization.  I have been meaning to for quite awhile and would forget.  This week, I just DID it!

NEWS FROM THE HOMEFRONT

My dad will turn 97 on April 22nd , Earth Day.  He is in amazing health.  He has just the dementia which he was diagnosed with in 2000 and a couple of small “elderly” issues.  Actually, no HEALTH issues at all.  It has been an unexpected pleasure to have him living with us since mom passed away in May of 2010.  I took this photo TODAY!  I wish I had this FEW WRINKLES.

Love you, Dad!

NEW LOOK FOR THE WEBSITE

I can't wait to see what Mike Lawson has done with the website.  He has been working behind the scenes for months preparing the new softwear look!  Your financial contributions have helped to purchase needed equipment, softwear, and machinery.  I can't wait to see what he has come up with to make our website EVEN EASIER to view.  Tell him what you think and send in ideas of any other changes you would like.  Enjoy.

REUNION

I only received payment from one classmate this week.  I SHOULD be receiving more since the reunion is nearing.  That always scares me!   Please, please remember to send a check in soon.  We will refund your money if you have something that comes up and you request it. It is very important for us to have the money in advance so that we will know what we can order.  I looked at the RSVP list and know that there are so many MORE classmates that are loyal and come to these events every 5 YEARS and they haven't contacted me yet.  I hope to hear from you VERY SOON.

(I did get some additional money from Frank Mirabella!  Frank and his wife had initially sent in $70.00 to attend ONE night of the reunion.  After thinking it over, they decided to come BOTH nights so they sent in the additional $30.00!  Thanks, Frank.  We look forward to meeting your new bride, Anita.)
